Do you track my parcel?

Yes, as a third-party courier in Surrey we personally ensure and oversee the tracking and dispatch of your parcel. This will be provided to you via either the Shipmate app or Parcelforce direct.

What is a third-party courier?

A third party courier acts as an intermediary between businesses or private customers and national delivery service providers. This streamlines the overall delivery process, especially for business clients who don't have their own delivery infrastructure in place.

What are you not able to deliver?

We are not able to deliver parcels longer than 1.5 metres, with a combined girth and length in excess of 3 metres or heavier than 30kg. In addition, we are not able to deliver items considered dangerous or hazardous such as live animals, explosives, chemicals, flammable substances or certain controlled substances.
